Dear customers, due to the carnival season, processing the returns received can take a little longer at the moment. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your understanding.
You can print out a return label via our portal and return items that you do not like or do not like. However, we ask you to send the goods back to us in their original packaging and in an unused and undamaged condition.
Shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed in the event of a revocation.

Please note: If you send back several articles, it can happen that not all of them are recorded and processed at the same time. These returns are therefore not lost, but are processed separately.
